Lists the certificates registered in your Amazon Web Services account. The results are paginated with a default page size of 25. You can use the returned marker to retrieve additional results. Requires permission to access the <a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/service-authorization/latest/reference/list_awsiot.html#awsiot-actions-as-permissions">ListCertificates</a> action.
