Creates a route table for the specified VPC. After you create a route table, you can add routes and associate the table with a subnet. For more information, see <a href="https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/VPC_Route_Tables.html">Route tables</a> in the Amazon Virtual Private Cloud User Guide.
